9 players from VakıfBank Youth Team are preparing with the U18 Turkish National Team for the FIVB U18 World Championship which is to take place between September 20-29, in Durango, Mexico.
VakıfBank Youth Team, which has raised nearly 100 players for Turkish volleyball so far, has sent 9 athletes to the U18 Turkish National Team squad of 22 girls.
From VakıfBank Youth Team; Elif Kapar, Aleyna Göçmen, Ege Melisa Bükmen, Özlem Şahin, Deniz Pınar Çiçekçi, Deniz Nazlıcan Zengin, Berka Buse Özden, Begüm Kaçmaz and Yasemin Narlıoğlu were invited to the national team. Thus, VakıfBank became the club that sent highest number of players to the squad.
The FIVB U18 World Championship will be held in Durango, Mexico between September 20 and 29.
