Ebrar Karakurt moves on loan to T.Airlines

Ebrar Karakurt, who joined at the age of 12 at the Young Team of our club and has been wearing the senior yellow black jersey since the 2018-2019 season has joined Turkish Airlines on loan for the 2020/21 season.

As VakıfBank Sports Club, we wish success to Ebrar Karakurt with the Turkish Airlines jersey in the 2020-2021 season.

Ebrar Karakurt, who was born on January 17, 2000, joined VakıfBank Sports Club when she was 12. Ebrar took the Turkey Championship two times with VakıfBank uniform in U17 and Youth Team. She went to training in 2017/18 season and played in 2018 CEV Champions League Final Four with the Senior Team and won her first Champions League title ever. She also won the FIVB Club World Championship on 2019 in Shaoxing and 2 Turkish League Title.

She experienced World Championship with U23 and she has 'The Best Spiker award' with U18. Ebrar is still playing for Senior Turkish National Team and played in Volleyball Nations League and FIVB Womens World Championship. Ebru Karakurt, took place in the Turkish National Team which is in the first place in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics Qualifiers.
