Born on July 13, 2009, in Çorlu, Aylin Uysalcan spent four years practicing gymnastics
and two years playing tennis before committing to volleyball. She began playing organized
volleyball at Çorlu Belediye Spor Kulübü in 2017 before joining the VakıfBank Academy in
2021, where she won four youth national titles and finished runner-up twice.
Representing Türkiye internationally, she reached the final of the 2023 U17 Balkan
Championship and won a silver medal at the 2023 U17 European Championship, followed by a
gold medal at the 2024 U18 Balkan Championship. In 2025, she won gold at the European Youth
Olympic Festival (EYOF) with the U18 team, claimed silver at the U19 Balkan Championship,
and finished fourth at the U19 World Championship. She received her first call-up to the
senior national team in 2026.
